Job Responsibilities
- Drive branch business growth by achieving assigned targets for deposits, loans, profitability, and other business objectives.
- Lead and manage overall branch operations while ensuring excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and the community to expand the bank’s business portfolio.
- Ensure effective portfolio management, credit quality, risk control, and recovery of classified assets.
- Oversee branch administration, cash management, security, and adherence to internal policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations, and AML/CFT guidelines.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop branch employees to build a high-performing and customer-centric team.
- Promote the Bank’s products and services through proactive marketing, cross-selling, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Foster a culture of integrity, compliance, service excellence, and continuous business improvement while performing any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

- Minimum graduation in any discipline from any reputed university with no 3rd class in the whole academic record.
Experience Requirements
10 to 16 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branch Management, Branch Operations,
Branch Credit Operations, Branch Foreign Trade Operations.
Additional Requirement:
10 to 16 years of experience in any reputed Bank / reputed financial institution with 05 years of experience in branch management (branch manager) / branch operations / branch credit operation.
Must have a customer-focused attitude.
Must have the ability to book new customers and maintain the existing ones.
Should have good leadership and team-building skills.
Sound knowledge on MS Package – Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Must have strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Candidates having a break of service need not apply.
