Epyllion Group has published a new job circular for the position of Assistant Fashion Graphic Designer – Design & Development (Fashion Retail – Sailor). Interested candidates who have experience in graphic design, apparel graphics, fashion retail, and garment product development are encouraged to apply.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fashion Designing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail stores, fashion retail, apparel manufacturing, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- CLO 3D
- Browzwear (preferred)
- MS Office
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and develop creative design solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Create apparel graphics, placement prints, repeat patterns, typography designs, and artwork.
- Design graphics for t-shirts, polos, hoodies, denim, jackets, activewear, kidswear, and ethnic apparel.
- Develop embroidery, appliqué, patches, embellishment layouts, and seasonal collections.
- Prepare production-ready files for various printing methods.
- Create technical illustrations, flat sketches, and product presentation artwork.
- Design hang tags, product labels, and packaging materials.
- Conduct fashion trend research and competitor analysis.
- Develop realistic 2D and 3D garment mockups.
- Collaborate with fashion design, merchandising, production teams, and external vendors.
